Bilcher Ronaldino Huinil Lopez, a 28-year-old resident of Germantown, Maryland, lost his life in a tragic single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning, December 1, 2025, in Damascus, MD. Authorities confirmed that the accident occurred around 4 a.m. at the intersection of Ridge Road and Kings Valley Road.
The Montgomery County police report stated that Lopez, the sole occupant of a 2013 Honda Civic, was ejected from the vehicle after it collided with a fire hydrant and overturned following a loss of control. Despite efforts from first responders, Lopez was declared dead at the scene.
