Juan Antonio Quezada Ramos, Beloved Family Member and Friend, Passes Away at 35 in Altus, OK
Juan Antonio Quezada Ramos, a cherished member of the Altus, Oklahoma community, tragically passed away on November 26th, 2025, at the age of 35. His death has left his family, friends, and all who knew him in deep sorrow.
Juan is remembered as a warm and kind soul whose presence brightened the lives of those around him. He is survived by his parents, Rubel Romero and Maria Mayela Romero, and his brothers, Rubel Romero Jr. and Carlos Romero, both of Liberal. The family has been surrounded by heartfelt condolences from friends and community members alike, all offering support during this difficult time.
A visitation to honor Juan’s life will be held on December 9th, 2025, at Hornung Family Funeral Home in Liberal, Kansas, followed by a prayer service at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church that evening. The funeral service will take place on December 10th, 2025, also at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
In the words of a friend, “Juan’s kindness and laughter will always be with us, and his memory will continue to guide us.” Juan’s family remains deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support from their community.
